Step 1 — Enquiry. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our online enquiry form.Share your event date, venue, expected headcount, and a rough sense of what youare looking for. If you are not sure which games suit your event, tell us the type of event and the age range of your guests, and we will advise you.
Step 2 — Customised Quotation. We put together a package recommendation with itemised pricing. Unlike some rental companies, we are a direct vendor—there is no middleman, which means the pricing you receive reflects actual availability and accurate delivery costs.
Step 3 — Confirmation and Deposit. Once you are happy with the package, we confirm your booking with a deposit. Popular dates such as school holidays, weekends, and festive periods book out quickly, so we recommend securing your date as early as possible.
Step 4 — Site Assessment (if needed). For larger water game setups like the inflatable water obstacle course or the water soccer pitch, we may conduct a site assessment in advance to confirm ground clearance, water access, and drainage. This is especially important for events at non-standard venues.
Step 5 — Delivery, Setup, and Facilitation. On event day, our team arrives ahead of schedule to set up all equipment. All water games are sanitised before each use and inspected by our team prior to operation. For most water games, we provide a trained attendant who manages participant safety, game flow, and equipment integrity throughout the event. We handle everything so you do notneed to manage the games yourself.
Step 6 — Teardown and Collection. After your event, we take care of all equipment teardown and removal. We leave the space clean and clear.

Mostof our water game rentals are priced for a half-day or full-day event. We can accommodate shorter durations depending on availability. Contact us to discuss your specific timeframe.
No. All equipment, including pumps, water supply connections, and safety matting where applicable, is provided and managed by our team. Guests only need to bring a change of clothes and any towels they may want.
Mostof our carnival water games are suitable for children aged five and above, with adult supervision. The Dunk Tank and Water Zorb Ball are better suited for older children and adults. We are happy to advise on age-appropriate selections when you enquire.
Somecan, provided the venue has adequate drainage and ceiling height. The foam party, for example, has been run in large indoor halls. We assess each venue individually before confirming suitability.
Space requirements vary by game. The inflatable water obstacle course requires the most space at up to 17m x 2m, while the dunk tank is compact at 1m x 1m. Wewill advise on space requirements during the quotation stage.
