Yes, our satay live stations are equipped to cater to events of various sizes, from small family gatherings to large corporate events. The setup is scalable and can be adjusted to accommodate the number of guests and the size of the venue.
Booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance is ideal for large-scale events. This time frame allows for detailed planning, especially for events with over 500 guests. It provides sufficient time for menu development, tastings and adjustments based on feedback. Early booking also ensures the availability of our specialised teams and equipment, allowing for comprehensive coordination with other vendors and event planners.
Our staff undergoes regular training in food hygiene and handling. For events with over 500 guests, we implement a multi-tiered quality assurance process. This includes ingredient sourcing from certified suppliers, rigorous in-kitchen quality checks and on-site food safety officers to oversee the entire food service process.
For outdoor events, satay live stations require a sheltered area for the grill, access to electricity (if needed), and adequate space for smoke ventilation. Our team will manage the setup, but specifics should be discussed during booking to ensure compatibility with the event venue.
