PropNex Family Day brought colleagues and their loved ones together for a vibrant celebration at the scenic West Lawn, Gardens by the Bay. The Carnival Fair was delighted to power the festivities with a generous spread of live food stations, refreshing slushies, and an eye-catching custom inflatable arch that set the scene for a memorable family day out.
The Carnival Fair delivered a large-scale food and beverage package for PropNex Family Day, serving crowd-pleasing snacks and drinks across multiple stations to keep the large turnout satisfied. Paired with a striking custom entrance feature, the setup brought both flavour and festive atmosphere to the celebration.
Popcorn Stations served warm, freshly popped popcorn throughout the five-hour celebration, offering a timeless snack favourite enjoyed by guests of all ages.
Cup Corn Stations dished out warm, buttery cup corn, serving up to 500 guests each with a savoury, satisfying treat that proved a hit with the crowd.
Hotdog Bun Stations served up juicy hotdogs in soft buns, catering to up to 500 guests each with a hearty, classic favourite perfect for a family celebration.
Slushie Stations kept guests cool and refreshed with icy, flavourful slushies made fresh on-site, serving up to 500 guests each. Available in four vibrant flavours, blackcurrant, lychee, mango, and orange, these thirst-quenching treats were the perfect way to beat the heat.
A striking 8m x 4m Customised Inflatable White Arch created a grand, welcoming entrance to the celebration, serving as an impressive focal point and photo-ready centrepiece that set the festive tone for the day.
The Carnival Fair provided the supporting setup for the event, including green tarps for ground coverage and airport stands for signage and crowd guidance, ensuring a clean, organised, and well-presented event space.
