Milk Can is a classic state fair game that has been part of midways for over a century. The objective of the game is simple: From four to six feet away, toss a softball into a group of six metal milk cans. Sounds easy, right? Well, here’s the catch: these aren’t your ordinary milk cans. For carnivals, a concave piece of steel is welded to the rim of the can, making the hole just one-sixteenth of an inch larger than the softball. That’s a tight squeeze. Despite the small margin of error, Milk Can Toss is actually one of the easier games to win if you use the right technique.
